Returns

Important: Please read our returns policy carefully. No exceptions will be made.

Returns:

Term: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can not refund or exchange
to offer.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and certain care products.

Initiating the process: If you want to return a product, please send an email
to: info@blissyamsterdam.nl with your order number, reason for return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refund:

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email
to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your
refund automatically applied to your credit card or original purchase order within 30 days
payment method.

Late or no refund: If you have not received a refund after 30 days,
received, please check your bank account first. If you still do not have it

Costs:

Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a new product free of charge. If it still goes wrong the second time, you will receive the full purchase price back.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
due to our automated system.
