Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: a natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Durable transaction: a distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services for which the obligation to supply or purchase is spread over time.

  • Durable medium: any means that allow the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally in a way that permits future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract during the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance sales of products and/or services, using one or more techniques for remote communication exclusively.

  • Means of remote communication: any tool that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place.

  • General Terms and Conditions: these current general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement concluded between Blissy-London and the consumer.

Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions are available for inspection at Blissy-London and will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, these terms can be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium. In case of conflicting provisions, the consumer may rely on the clause most favorable to them.

If any provision of these general terms is wholly or partially void or annulled, the rest of the contract and these terms remain in effect. The void provision will be replaced in mutual consultation with a valid provision that approximates the original intent as closely as possible.

Situations not covered by these terms should be assessed “in the spirit” of these terms. Unclear interpretations should also be resolved “in the spirit” of these terms.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer is valid for a limited time or subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned. Offers are non-binding and Blissy-London may modify or withdraw them.

Descriptions of products/services are made as accurately as possible. Obvious errors do not bind Blissy-London. Images are illustrative and may not reflect exact product colors.

The offer includes necessary details such as:

  • The price (excluding customs clearance and import VAT – which are the customer's responsibility),

  • Shipping costs,

  • How the contract is formed and required actions,

  • Applicability of the right of withdrawal,

  • Payment, delivery, and performance terms,

  • The validity of the offer and pricing guarantee.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets all stated conditions. If accepted electronically, Blissy-London will confirm receipt electronically without delay. Until that confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Blissy-London takes appropriate security measures for data transfer and online transactions. In case of electronic payments, suitable safeguards are in place.

Blissy-London may assess whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations and is entitled to refuse or impose conditions on an order.

Upon purchase, Blissy-London will provide the consumer with:

  1. The business address for complaints;

  2. Information about the right of withdrawal or the fact that it does not apply;

  3. Warranty and after-sales service details;

  4. Required contract information (from Article 4);

  5. Cancellation terms if the contract has a duration longer than one year or is open-ended.

Contracts are subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they received the product.

During this period, consumers must handle the product and packaging with care, inspecting only as necessary to determine if they wish to keep it.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify Blissy-London in writing or via email within 14 days of receiving the product. After notification, the product must be returned within another 14 days.

The consumer is responsible for proving timely return—e.g., with proof of shipping. If the consumer fails to notify or return the item on time, the sale becomes final.
